Romantic Getaway

Still need to get your Loved One a Valentines Gift?  Well I have the perfect answer.  Friday, February 12th, Stoughton is having a Gallery Walk Night.  So, you say!

Well bring your Loved One to Stoughton, check in at the Naeset Roe Inn,  have dinner at Laz Bistro after strolling Main Street and checking out the Galleries and meeting some of the artists.  That gift that you couldn’t find is probably hanging on a wall in Stoughton.  So from 5-9pm on Friday, February 12th, you can stroll Main Street, stop in and warm up with some great art, refreshments, and music.

Some of the artists that will be showing and meeting you are:
Jeff Stern, Oil paintings of Southern WI scenes,  Bradley Gallery, 183 W. Main St
Mona Semerau, Sterling Silver Jewelry,  Diakonos Designs, 187 E. Main St
Richard Lazzaro, Painting,  Upper Level Laz Bistro, 419 E. Main St.
Kathryn Vaughn,  Painting, Robert Rae Gallery 184 W. Main St  (one of my favorite artists)
Gary Nauman, Lino Cut Prints,  Saving Thyme, 233 W. Main St
Bruce Fortney, Paintings, Yahara River Grocery Co-Op, 229 E. Main St
Other great stops on the  Gallery Art Walk are Quill & Brush, 143 E. Main St, and Woodland Studios, 195 E. Main St.

Don’t forget to go on line here, to make your reservation for Naeset Roe Inn.  You’ll only be a block from all the galleries.  You’ll be able to stroll the streets, have a little warm me up, at the galleries, have a great dinner at Laz Bistro and a great nights sleep at Naeset Roe Inn.  Then start your morning off with a fabulous four course  breakfast, prepared just for you, by Carl, your award winning innkeeper.

I look forward to seeing you in Historic Stoughton this Valentines Weekend.
